I was one of the unfortunate passengers flying from Heathrow terminal 5 last week however, thanks to having Baggage Pin on my luggage it was returned to me within 48 hours. This is a brilliant system that works well done. Thanks again

My Baggage got lost last month while flying with BA to Heathrow. Can't understand why BA and other airlines don't offer this product to their passengers within their ticket cost? this would help solve the baggage problems at airports. I have just joined-up great service.

I read the article in The Times on July 14th, made a few more enquiries and both my husband and I joined. We received our baggage pin tags and now hopefully if our luggage does get lost we can be found. Many thanks to baggage pin

After talking to a friend who actually had his luggage lost by an airline (yes he did get it back) by which time him and his wife had returned from their holiday, we both agreed that if they had been members of baggage pin they would not have suffered the inconvenience they did. We have both now joined this service and let hope we never have to use it, if you know what I mean.
