Baggage Handling
During April and May 2008 Aviance UK and BaggagePIN will be working together in order to deploy the BaggagePIN service across 16 Airports that are located around the United Kingdom, Ireland and Jersey.
Aviance-UK Ltd provides on a global basis a wide range of services to the airline industry including passenger, ramp service and load control services.
From the end of May 2008 it will be possible for traveller to purchase BaggagePIN tags and membership’s in the form of Retail Packs from most UK Airports. Passengers can activate their BaggagePIN account’s by using the text service on their mobile.
Once a BaggagePIN account is activated, the passenger will be safe in the comfort that should their baggage become separated from them whilst they are travelling, they can be easily contacted to arrange the return of their precious possessions. |
